The players at Vale now need to form a bond and get passionate about giving their all for the club and its fans. So much has been said about management but we have some very good players not fighting hard enough day in and day out. In my view when players show commitment to on another and fight everyday for one another it makes management easy. Look at Leicester they won the league as a band of brothers not because Raneiri was the best manager around!

Hopefully we will see a different Vale team on Saturday. One with players in the right places, know what they need to do and understand the tactics being used. We may even have a striker on the bench to replace a striker, who they knew would only last 60 minutes, but did not prepare for that.

 

The old manager gone syndrome may happen for the Vale and we get 3 points. But this is the Vale after all.
