Box but no ticket!

So, my six year old had a season ticket last year. It was the first year that he'd had one.

 

Along with applying for his season ticket, the club had his name, address, date of birth, age and his e-mail address (which was actually my address - as he's only 6 remember).

 

So, to this day, the club have still not written to him/us or e-mailed us asking whether we want to renew his season ticket from last year. Isn't this bread and butter stuff? He was a season ticket holder. Granted it was a free one, but he would still attend games, buy stuff from the shop or have a bar of chocolate at half-time. The club would still make money from us, all they needed to do was send a renewal form. Sign here, send it back, here is your season ticket.

 

That said, I'd forgotten about it for a while now, until yesterday, when my son (who is six!), received an e-mail asking him whether he would like an executive box for a match. Seriously, my six year old was e-mailed by the club, who know that he's six, because they have his age and date of birth and they asked him whether he fancied a box for a match.

 

He's saving up for some more loom bands and the moment. Not sure how long it would take him to get to an executive box.
