  1. I thought it was more. Didn't see that article. It was a recent one obviously. Some of us won't have seen it!
  2. South East! My mistake. Now, going back to the point of affluence South East vs Potteries......
  3. Is that definitely correct? If so where's the source
  4. Nodge, please this thread isn't Bout Bill. Do you know how many season tickets were sold last season or not!!
  5. I would like to see a proper match between the squad players of this season and the supporters club That will be interesting.
  6. I have kicked a ball. I was referring to standing on Vale park after a match. No thrills experience. Playing in front of a few thousands would be a dream IMO.
  7. Season tickets discussed this thread Nodge. Do you know how many st's were sold... Anybody?
  8. Thanks for staying on topic 13th but probably should be lower as Stoke is in the top 20 poorer areas. Wodld be interesting actually to run an affluence table on which areas of affluence the clubs are situated Gillingham equals the South west which is richer than the Potteries and so on
  9. Yes I would love to know how many season tickets were sold last year, as this is the season ticket thread. I've been asked to stay on topic, maybe others can be asked to do the same, particularly when making unacceptable remarks.
  10. A pitch is a pitch. When I've been on Vale park in the past it didn't feel any different from any other pitch to be honest. As for playing in front of spectators I've played in front of at least 100 at non league. If I play it will be against happy clappers for sure!
  11. I will never get bored of Port Vale Cut me open and I. Black and white blood. Anyway this thread is about season tickets so any further post from me is on that.
  12. There's been plenty of info and discussion on the season tickets. Just spoiled by those throwing nasty remarks!
  13. The club lost money through his era and it was like keeping the ship afloat by literally bailing out the water. More abuse followed, but he did keep the club afloat and presided over one of our best managers joining the club Has Adams stayed in that season he left for Sheffield, then Bill would never have had the stick that followed that season as Vale would have been in pole position. That season would have ended in promotion had Adams stayed, supported by Bill.
  14. Didn't jailbird Lee Hughes have the same reputation before he came here (in 2013 season) The Vale fans hated him, signed, then loved him. Feelings are fickle in football.
  15. Yes we know Carol is telling us off and lecturing us through yourself. Please pass on our regards!
  16. I think any Vale fan would have Mckirdy back in a heartbeat Knocks spots off the current strike options.
  17. That's vindictive. I'm not after blocking anyone just want admin to educate a few people and maybe warn them. We are all Vale aren't we?
  18. At least he committed to the club by doing so. A bloke of honour.
  19. He was on a decent salary for someone in his position of responsibility.
  20. It will be the icing on the cake if both Stoke and Crewe are at an higher level than Vale. When did that last happen... Anyone know?
  21. My IQ is a lot more than 44 I can confirm. Wrong on all counts. Maybe the teacher can be breached!!
  22. Another homophobic remark. Come on Admin stop this nonsense.
