Now I don't know because of the Ivan Toney betting scandals but I'm.getting a gist that he ain't the only one .
The worrying thing is I think quite a few of the Vale players are doing it ,some things just cannot be explained but I can see it clearly that either players are taking bungs or feeding there own gambling habits at the expense of Port Vale Football Club, hope I'm wrong but little voice in me head says I'm.right
We need to weed these players out the club ASAP
WTF🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Flipping heck - im beginning to think I am back in happy clapper mode here - Dunna shout at me, but...................................I thought we played as well as we have done for months tonight.
More solid at the back - well done on changing the system
Pretty quick on the attack - these players are without a doubt trying (yes, I know, very trying 🤣🤣)
Midfield - mmmmmmmm, still seem to get by-passed easily, but thought Jenson Wier offered a lot going forward
Ryan Loft - ran his socks off again - get off his back you lot
The match was lost when DJ went off - Connor Grant is no full back, and until DJ went off, he had Azizz (whatever his name was) pretty much under control
Two massive home games Sat/Tues and I can well see us getting 4 out of 6 points
And no, this isn't even an alcohol induced wave of hysteria
Well done to all the Beautiful Bouncing Valiants, hope you have all got home safe (and gone to bed in a sulk)
Dont want to comment on off the field, as its beyond a Benny Hill sketch, but well done on the bring a mate for free👍👍👍 but equally a deal for the two matches as well would have been ace for those of us without any mates - 2 matches for 30 spunky spondulas would have been mucho appreciated - might go down the ticket office and put a cheeky bid in

To be honest, even though we have had soundbites about chasing free agents - Im not convinced we are chasing anyone (other than opposition shadows on the pitch🙈🙈🙈 )

good point - im not sure its the relegation battle they are protesting about, but the decisions off the pitch that have weakened us - the support for the players is obviously there - same net result though

The nature of a supporter - there's a lot who have been around for 50 years +, having seen all the ups n downs. and are still rocking up every Sat/Tuesday (with various nervous twitches in evidence, no doubt😮)
But at what point does a supporter say, enough is enough - are we just mindless drones who are on auto-pilot to turn up whatever can of poop we are having to put up with, or can a true supporter say, you know what, iv had enough of this <ovf censored> show, I'm voting with my feet until you sort it out?
Is it possible the foot voters can get more of a reaction from those in power?
Sub 5000 home supporters yesterday when we have sold 6000+ season tickets - regardless of what happens in the next 2 1/2 months, this season will hardly go down as successful or enjoyable in the annals of PV history - will those 1000+ STs renew next year - no idea, but if it were my business, I would be worried.
Given the tremendous support for the players yesterday, do we want them back (someone made an excellent point on this higher up the thread)
As a fan base, I don't think we are overdemanding in general - no one was calling for DCs head, and another couple of victories in the last 20 games and AC would probs still be here, so you know, from an owners point of view, we are pretty easy to please, and with a couple of half decent signings last month, again a lot of discontent would have been avoided.
I think DF probably gets flak which is undeserved which he does not help himself with by not being a particularly good people person or spokesman - equally, in communication in general, the management of PVFC have been abysmal with recent (non) communications - rather than spending god knows how long writing the open letter boll@cking, could Auntie carol not afford 10 minutes to put out a release thanking the outgoing staff - shocking really.

Would rather they told us if so - we have seen worse times than this - it would be a rallying call more than the bollocking she just gave us

Can we have an additional survey created for 'Do we have confidence in the Shanahans to take Vale forward'
It is a given most fans want the DOF gone...ASAP
It would be interesting to see confidence levels given yesterdays letter
No

Whilst I think the letter could have been more balanced with pluses and minuses, I totally understand Auntie Carols frustration.
If I was a multi-millionaire, I wouldn't touch a football club in a million years, even PVFC - you are just setting yourself up for a massive fall - football fans can be the most toxic lot going - this isn't a pop at our fans, just fans in general.
A few years ago me, Mrs Hoppers and Hoppers Junior (affectionally nicknamed Spunky) went to watch a basketball game at the as it was called then, Nynex Arena.
First time id ever been in a non-football sporting environment, but flipping heck, was it wonderful. Families there, warm, end to end excitement every minute, no violence/bad language/fighting - and I compare that to what we have to put up with at present. Now, Im sure I will be going/supporting/buying dodgy away strips for the rest of my natural, but sometimes, I just have to roll my eyes and shake my head at the crap we are served up to watch on a weekly basis. Im really fed up this week.

Carol has shot herself in the foot today by basically telling our fan base to either like it or lump iit basically don't question her judgement well I'm afraid she's got it wrong The fans are the lifeblood of the vale she is just the custodian stop wasting money on infrastructure and look at spending it on he the most important part of any football club the playing squad .it's not rocket science
She is not the custodian, she is the owner

Even though she's totally wrong and making another huge mistake in putting flitcroft before the fanbase? No fans no club...
But its not the fans club - its Carols, and fans or not, I can only presume she can close the club whenever she wants.

Doesn't really work like that in football though. If people don't like the product they don't generally go to support other teams. They can just drift away from the game completely though.
I suppose that is my point BV - if we don't like it, don't go

It's hard to imagine how that statement could have been any more tone deaf.
If that doesn't galvanise a 'gold and black until he's sacked' movement then nothing will.
It's Flitcroft or us, Carol.
Well I think you will find its Flitcroft.
The thing is, at the end of the day its Carols club, she owns it - I see it that we (supporters) are customers - If I don't like the stuff on Macdonald's menu - then I don't go MacDonald's
PS iv supported PVFC since I was 10 and have no axe to grind, and hope to be around for the next 46 years 😁

No DF fan, but at the end of the day, if there is no funding, how is he supposed to pull rabbits out of the hat during transfer windows.
It would be better if the club announced there is no money available, at least we would all know where we stand.

Yeah, I don't think the Taylor one last window was actually confirmed until after 11pm - as long as the paperwork is in then the club can announce it whenever they please...

I read that list of strikers and to be honest I’m not concerned about our relegation rivals strikers in terms of quality. There’s not many who I think would improve us.
What I am concerned about is our lack of numbers.
