That apology letter has been prepared for the last month and bet the CEO has done the check on it and amended it, as there was only going to be one outcome. Surprised she didn't get in that the fans were naughty fans for making her sack/move on Fraudcroft and relegation is our fault really.
Lessons learned - may be buy 2 strikers that can last more than a couple of games. Failed that one after the first 2 transfer windows. Failed this seasons transfer windows. Players that are up to the job and not the cheapest option.
That said good luck in the preparing for 2nd Div football, hope you get things sorted and we can start the climb out of this division the right end of it. Will not be easy due to the clubs here. Big club - no we are not. We are just another club in the div. Carol needs to listen to free advice from those who have been in football a long time. Sproson could be a good start as he seemed mighty upset by the last 2 season on saturday.
Carol - you still have some credits in the bank for what you and family did. However, a lot of them have been cashed in over the past 2 years and the letter saying the fans were being naughty. When you look at it overall, think the fans sussed Fraudcroft out, when certain people were still taken in by his presentations and jargon. Not saying some of the things he achieved were all bad, but when it came down to recruitment and that was the important one - totally wrong most of the time.
Spot on👍

I think Crosby would have kept us up. That’s how bad Moore has been.

Yea I think someone who goes home and away games is more of a fan than someone who don’t go games that’s pretty obvious I think and I don’t go away games anymore I’ve been 2 this season Cheltenham and Wigan so I’m not saying it’s me
My original post was more aimed at posters who were saying they ain’t buying a season ticket because of this shocking season we have had this year another words I’ll buy one when we are playing well
Me and the wife have had 2 for the last 10 years if we had 2 only when we’re playing well we’d have had 2 season tickets for 2 seasons the rest have been pretty poor but not as bad as this season which is the worst I have seen in 45 years supporting the club

Peterborough have lost 3 in a row. Another poster (think it was Mr H) says we haven't scored from open play in 6 hours of football. We may be in luck! Peterborough have scored 4 own goals in their last 2 games!
Embarrassing you’d think they 2/3 leagues above us remember Carlisle beat em 3-1 at their place

We’ve got no chance

Thank you Carlisle

A point would be one of the best results this season. I just hope we don’t take a pounding and ruin the goals we have made up recently. Hopefully we can do a Carlisle on them
Wycombe are a pretty poor side and have pushed them all the way on a big pitch so there’s no reason we can’t get something out of the game if the players are up for it

It's not surprising he doesn't look fit, is it? He's been out for a while. 60 mins on Saturday, away from home, and hopefully he's ready for the last 5. We need his presence up front.
It shows how bad we are when we’re relying on uchi to get us goals how did the owners let it come to this

Just seen Cheltenhams next 2 fixtures fancy them get 6 points from orient away and Carlisle home taking we won’t get anything at posh as we will be beaten before we have kicked off if we don’t win at Wigan we’re down Thank you Carol

Rubbish. Barely even had a go, same tempo all second half. <ovf censored> lump it forwards to Uche. It’s a very good job only Cambridge result has gone against us. These are a poor side as well
<ovf censored> wouldn’t score if we played till midnight

If we get relegated I think Port Vale can bounce back with promotion. We have seen in cup games that the current squad can compete with the top teams there. So with some rebalancing we should be challenging.
Looking at our remaining L1 fixtures we face a big challenge given the difficulty of the away games. I see the Bristol Rovers game as must win if we are to mount a successful climb back up to the top of the cliff and not quickly fall into the drink.
When we are relegated and we will be we will finish next season in the bottom half of league 2 but at least we might win community club of the year for division 2

I'm not entirely sure she has. I reckon he's been wanting to call it a day for about a month now but she's backed him & asked him to stay on & see it through. He's finally made the decision for her & they've agreed to call it "mutual". Either way he's gone. Let's see what happens next.
Nothing will change if the budgets <ovf censored> nothing will change until she sells up and her ego won’t let her even if it’s for the benefit of the club

Let's not go crazy.
He's done okay.
17 years old though and we're expecting him to save us from relegation? Very poor from the club.
Would be nice if we could now sell him for a couple of million to fund a L2 title push (plus Carol adding in more to pay for her mistakes).
If we did get a few bob for him it won’t go on the team budget

The reality is that if Vale pull off an achievable win at Burton, they can catch Cambridge.
It is doable.
That shower of <ovf censored> wouldn’t beat Leek Town

Not defending Flitcroft but if they do get rid of him who ever comes in will have to work under the same financial restrictions and for that you have to blame Carol she’s done nothing while we nose dived down the league

He isn’t good enough for league 1 so can’t believe Stoke wanted him plus they could offer him 10 times more in wages no one would turn that down
