I dread to think what nonsense will come from the club when we get relegated.
’We are learning and will learn from this’
’Get behind us’

Don’t forget we basically signed Lowe because he’s a great lad.

The one thing I can’t understand is that Carol is a very successful business woman. You don’t create a business and then sell it for £180m without having a bit of nouse and without being able to make hard decisions. In fact, I’d go as far to say you actually have to be quite ruthless to be that successful, and that is what makes the open letter, the fact Flitcroft is still in a job etc so bizarre.
Can’t compare a football club to a normal business unfortunately.

We can blame Flitcroft and rightly so. However Carol has let this happen.

Anyone still banging the Dan Jones drum?
The guy was useless in League Two never mind League one and we still offered him another contract.
I can imagine Carol singing his praises saying what a good lad he is.
It just sums up everything wrong with this club. The whole d*ck head test is an embarrassment - what we’d give for a player like that. The nicest club in the football league.

Take Smith off for Lopata. He’s on a booking and is bound to get sent off.

Nothing is done with any real purpose or intent. There’s no sharpness.
Back four look clumsy as ever, midfield three have barely touched the ball and the attacking players are toothless.
Having said that, these would be here for the taking if we had anything about us.
Pretty much carbon copy of the Reading away game.
As soon as Leyton Orient wake up and score it’ll be game over.

He’s up there with Ryan Loft. Not sure who’s worse.

It doesn’t matter who plays. We lose whatever the lineup is.
Another depressing Tuesday incoming. I haven’t got any hope left of us winning.

Every statement is like another vanity project.
One of the first lines reads :
- A clear commitment from fan groups in their support for the Shanahan family.
The majority of fans have shown dissent towards Flitcroft, the team and the fact we are heading towards relegation. Not the Shanahan family.
It’s as if they just want to rubber stamp their popularity.

And what on earth does Patrick Shanahan offer to the club?
What are his experience, credentials or qualifications? What is his role?

We have been far too reactive, not proactive.
Should never have come to this, it’s becoming a shambles.

Unfortunately the damage has already been done over a 12 month period. Stop trying to appease people by talking rubbish - it’s becoming a circus.
Whatever the statements read, winning games is the only thing that will help now. Due to the last 12 months of ineptitude we aren’t (and haven’t been) in the position to win games with this team (plus the previous management set up).
We’ve got behind them and nothing has changed. Fans are now starting to turn and they are crapping themselves.
Instead of begging us to unite and get behind the team, give us reasons to do so. Winning on Saturday will be a start. If not, things will only get worse.

We all know ability wise he’s not good enough. But who else do we play 😂 we don’t have any other options, James Wilson isn’t good enough either & Baylee dipepa! And big Uche, none of them are good enough they haven’t scored more than 5 goals between them all season. It’s atrocious, I said beginning of the season our strike force won’t bag 10 between them all season. I didn’t actually think it would happen! I knew they would score many but 5 between the 4 of them is pathetic. I’d loft didn’t play Wilson would have & he doesn’t score enough goals even if he is more talented. Only other option is garrity up top but he didn’t even look fit he looks way off still after his injury. What a mess mate
Wilson is a damn site better than Loft. We don’t stay up if Loft starts every game instead of Wilson.
It’s now up to Moore to get something out of Wilson for the remainder of the season.

Still yet to see Jason Lowe pass forward from midfield.
He’d be no where near the starting eleven of any other League One team.
Same for Loft, Sang, Smith, Massey, Jones, Grant, I could go on and on.

And whilst we’re at it can we get rid of the d**k head test and actually sign some d**k heads? I’d rather some characters in our team than a squad full of the nicest people in the world.
Only Garrity and Ripley are winners and will fight for the shirt.
The rest are why we are where we are. I wouldn’t want to be in the trenches with any of them.
The club from top to bottom is too nice and it’s reflecting on the pitch.

It wouldn’t surprise me if Moore walks before the end of the season if it carries on like this. He’s risking his reputation being ruined and has probably realised that this is a bigger job than he first thought.
Whatever the case I can’t see him being with us in League Two. There will be a clause in his contract no doubt.
This is Port Vale we’re talking about. The one club where these type of things happen.
One normal season, please.
-
I don’t think Moore will be with us next season.

We can all say Loft did okay and worked hard, but yet again he never looks like scoring and offers no threat.

-
We are slower and weaker than every other team in the league.

We did okay for about 70 minutes but if you can’t keep a clean sheet and don’t look like scoring then it’s a recipe for disaster.
-
Been okay, nothing more. Probably about as good as we can expect at the minute. Haven’t really looked like scoring again, but also haven’t looked like conceding. Looked like we could have created more if the final pass or move was better.

It’s massive, now more than ever, that we somehow bring a few decent players in and then we win at Fleetwood on Saturday.
Otherwise I can see it turning toxic at Fleetwood. I can already sense murmurs of fans frustrations.
Flitcroft gone

The next Director of football appointment needs to be a person who goes under the radar. Maybe someone who hasn’t been a manager before.
Also the role needs redefining and restructuring. Don’t come out and say this person is responsible for everything football and portray their ultimate power.
Flitcroft was in the spotlight far too much.
