we are a recent arrived first div. club, we haven't got a billion-air owner - to bankroll us, and we are top heavy in back room staff, hence being championship ready but we are only first div. and now struggling to stay in the first div. As for flitcroft and his staff monitoring players they might be but where are these players? we've needed players to improve our team in 3 windows, there was the lone players who did well for us but had to go back, as RZ's said there's only so much money in the pot its not going on players, its not going on the ground ie the toilets in the Railway paddock 3 months of porta loo's up to date really? Hamill's toilets the other week a leak, closed for a match... but we are championship ready and the back-room staff are in place, all ready for the second div.

yes somewhere he cant do any damage, how about scouting in russia...

i've said in another post thank you Carol for saving my club from that clown, but if all above is true why the **ck did she splash out on flituck and then let him splash out on ALL the back room hanger ons? (were they all his buddies at the other clubs he failed at)... but ah-oh, its her money, she can throw it away how she wants, BUT ITS OUR CLUB, thats suffering.

its obvious fliucks is a plant, to destroy PVFC in a joint venture by our 2 near neighbours... so they both don't have to play us next season...

why can't our players(i didn't want to use that word, but the one i want to call them would have been censured), tackle their opponents? whats the point of running side by side to their winger half the length of the pitch for him to outrun you and put the cross in? and why not try the old fashion marking? Yatesy on the radio says Vale arn't nasty enough, we are" too nice"... get in there and spill some blood, cause end of the season when you are out of work a relegation on your CV is'nt going to be good...

Carol, thank you for saving our Vale from that clown, you said after take over that you nothing about football or running a football club, so you brought in flitcroft because he did(?) that was your first and biggest mistake. He and his backroom staffs ineptitude at providing new players to keep our club in the highest level we can, has caused 2 good managers to move on, with the present one wishing he'd never had picked the phone up, you've proved that you are good in the business world, and part of that must have been to admit when you had made a mistake, so please do that now and sack him... he is killing our club. The attendances are falling, regular die hard supporters are losing the will to attend "the match-day experience", because of the dross he's provided... Its a old saying that the fans are the true custodians of a football club, the players , owners, move on BUT THE FANS STAY PUT... so please get rid of him, so we will still have a club.
