I'd actually heard Uche is on £6K a week, Loft £3K a week plus the £75K fee and Massey was our highest paid player prior to Uche arriving? Hope this is wrong?
Whatever you have heard is wrong.

I think the 8 who voted yes are the same who stood proudly clapping off our wonderful players this afternoon.
Top notch....

Desperate yes , but getting Tom in on a part time basis until the end of the season could just galvanise the players and the fans . Jon Walters has been brought in by them down the road to do just that , and by all accounts it seems to be working . How can Darren Moore rip into the squad when most of them will be here next season ? He needs to keep them on board , where as Tom could politely tell them what is expected of them , and how much the club means to the fans . Deperate times call for desperate measures - it might work it might not , but we have to try something , or we are just sleep walking to League Two .
Desperate and no !!

All will be sorted by 5pm next Saturday. Currently think we are about 66% down.

If we can keep it under 7 then its not the worst defeat of the season. Maybe that might get brought up in a post match interview?
We need every decision to go our way and Derby to have a stinker.
Looking forward to it...🙃🤫

If this finishes any less that 4-0 Derby we'll have to consider it an upset.

I think we can still do it ..
3 wins in our last 30 suggests otherwise.

Don't want to get relegated at Bolton or on the last day at home to Cambridge as that would mean we are only a point or two shy of staying up so Peterboro away would do me.
How quick this season has fallen apart !

Is there anybody left on here who actually thinks we will stay up?

If Carol changes her mind and admits she's made a mistake with her mate Flikers she will be the first woman in history to admit she was wrong.!

Lol. Which is why we are stuck with him until we follow Bury into non league.

Anyone know how many tickets we’ve sold?
Heard about 1900.

He can’t be allowed to do any more damage.
A team with this little fight falls straight through to the national league from league two next year.
Oh like Bury !! 🤯

Just a reminder that since DF went full time which Carol announced 10 games ago we have won 0, drawn 3, and lost 7.
Way to go big guy.

Genuinely miss him so much.
YEP I hope the 'DC OUT' brigade are taking a good hard look at themselves. Some are on here who constantly bemoaned his style of play and scrappy wins. I would hope 95% of Vale fans wish they could turn back the clock 12 months.

I felt a sense of greater jeopardy tonight. Fleetwood are a good side. I don't know why they are second bottom.
The one thing I can take is the central defence played well v Fleetwood until eventually making a mistake caused by the incessant pressure.
Apart from Ripley I would take every Fleetwood player over our bunch on tonight's showing.

Might as well close this soon or maybe put a poll up on which game we'll be relegated.
I'll go April fools day ( quite apt ) at Northampton.
Peterbrough away would do me with only a handful of Vale fans there. Hope it's not at home.

3 league wins from 29 takes some doing? It's March on Friday I wonder if we could go a whole calendar year without winning a game?

And he got very lucky with a quality league 1 manager in DC.
The team today are a shadow of the team that won at Derby last season.
