The pitch is better now than ever, you should have seen it 30 years ago it had no grass on it. Look at Tottenham game. Don’t complain about it now it’s like a bowling green compared to then.
Opposition seem able to win for the last 2 seasons on our pitch

Selection really depends on how many new surprise injuries we have picked up since Saturday.
be amazed if we haven’t as it seems par for the course for someone to ‘have a knock’ or not quite ‘feel right’
wonder if we would have the same issue if we were at the other end of the table?

Im not so sure maybe I’m living in hope because of the vale in me. The team have no confidence at all & a win could change that. It’s a funny old game at the best of times
Maybe increase confidence until 3.01pm on Saturday against Derby 😬

Not confident we'll stay up if we do win.
A win tonight will only slightly delay the inevitable I’m afraid.

On Radio Stoke he said 1 day, consisting of 2 classroom sessions and an hour on the grass.

Didn't seem to get the minutes did he at all. Then obviously got injured for Wales.
His sheer pace caused the winner at Charlton. And I think he scored a nice goal against Sutton. But generally was underused .
Ben Williamson had pace but was erratic. I think Thomas didn't really fit our system 🤔.
Not sure anyone fits ‘our system’ 😬

Biggest problem for me is the total lack of character & personality of the players, doesn’t matter who the manager is if the players don’t care or simply don’t want it enough. We are constantly told by Flitcroft et al about how much work & due diligence goes into getting the right characters at the club, so where are they !!
But they are a nice bunch 😄

I do wonder if Darren Moore actually said much in his interview with DF. Doubt he could get a word in 😄
