    It is a disgrace that we have a front line of Ikpeazu, Loft and Wilson when we're supposedly a club with ambitions of getting out of this league at the right end of the table. Someone has been getting it extremely wrong. I think the two players that have come in today could improve us but we are now relying on Loft to find some form, who has frankly been abysmal so far, and Wilson to stay fit, whom gets injured wiping his own arse.
    I hate to break it to you, but during the last game against Peterborough United Ikpeazu went off with a dislocated shoulder that should take approx. 3 months to repair, so it's just Loft and Wilson.

    What worries me is that we just become Crewe. Happy to sell all our kids, playing tippy happy football, in a 'nice family environment'. We used to take the pıss out of them for this. Vale should have a bit of grit and needle. Away managers always used to say 'Vale Park is a horrible place to go'. We're becoming far too nice and detached from what I see us as. Yes it's nice that we're getting kids and families in, but we should also be a bit rough and ready. We had the balance exactly right in the promotion season, as you saw with the Swindon game. This season we have strayed too far away from our working class, edgy, a bit nasty roots. Everything that comes out of the club is controlled. The interviews with Alfie and Blaster, all geared towards us being a nice and friendly. The Boro game typified this.

    Loving all the speculation, it's all rumours mirrors and smokescreens, the only people talking are those who earn a living from speculation, Vale haven't said owt, Charlton haven't said owt the player hasn't said owt and yet now he's failed a medical.
    It's quite funny really, a spotty schoolkid in their bedroom can whip up everyone so easily, let's just wait and see what happens.

    So, at the moment it seems we need strengthening in defence ,midfield decimated by loans returning and we need sorting out on the forward line, looking at the league table it's a bit of a gamble rebuilding a whole side just now.
    Can't say I'm impressed with this recruitment and club ethos malarkey we have had to change from Pep style tippy tappy to get results and the loan market recruitment has only worked for half a season.

    Great win glad the recepient of my season ticket had a great night .
    Watched it Ripleys made two big saves one at start of game and one in second half .
    Masterstroke putting Debrah on left that lad can play anywhere and make it easy .
    Chislett 2 assists he is quality Wilson adds so much and Uche never stopped he was excellent ,Lowe also but man of the match Ben Garrity .
    The young lads did well think Lomax struggled in second half but Lowey kept been in the right place when balls come in .
    Shorrock very quick and good .
    A good team performance
    Well done Vale 
    Brought the old year to a end in in style .
    Them first 2 goals were sublime especially the first great movement great goal .
    Wilson glad we got him 
    Baylee and Loft did well also chased lost causes and had quality at times .

    For arguments sake did you enjoy last season 
    The football is miles better this season crossing the ball in 200 times and no one on the end of them crosses is to me rubbish football there's no way you can aim that at this year's team .
    I'd like have a look at overall goal attempts over a season bet we in top 10 for attempts at goal. 
    Our weakness as being our defence yet again as we have lost 425 games in ten years only Crewe 441 have lost more .
    There you go in a nutshell theres your problem .
    There's nothing rubbish about some of the football we play it's the best for years but when defenders are letting players continually in our box have free headers pot shots and whatever else they are guilty off you can see why folk are a bit distressed about us losing games.
    The secret is too replace these players .
    All in good time for now we need encourage our team to play all game like  second half tuesif we do we win in  my opinion but won't if defenders do not pick up there men
