I know the st prices have been frozen, but I personally think , given relegation, they should have been reduced even if it was just a token gesture of 10 or 20 quid.

The fans deserve a share in the club. We won't get it with Carol. At least BB promoted togetherness and made the fans part of the club... Yes it went pear shaped.
But then again, the last 16 months haven't endeared the fans. Little Port Vale please be grateful you are in existence she may as well say it!
Yes and he was one of only 2 people that didn’t lose their share money.

Has she repaired the bogs yet?
It’s already been stated by the club, the toilets are a bit more than a repair job. Through neglect by previous owners, the concrete roof has caved in, this is a chunk of concrete that probably weighs about 5 tons so when that dropped it probably wiped out every thing inside the bogs.
to do the complete rebuild will mean temporarily loosing the entrance and exit to the railway which would have meant a drastically reduced capacity, that’s why it’s a job for the closed season.- 4

Problem is though that now much of the fan base has lost confidence in the decision making at Vale. I have lost confidence in DM, I expected much more tbh. We have an abysmal squad many of which are still under contract. Lose Garrity, Ripley and a few of the young lads and it's hello National League. I think any communications with supporters need to be clear. It hurts knowing this was going to happen. What hurts more is that those in charge allowed it to and don't look capable of doing anything about it.
You say you’ve lost confidence in DM,
then go on to say we have an abysmal squad, given that the transfer window is closed so he couldn’t change the squad even if he wanted to, what is he supposed to do.

Release: Wilson, Wynne, Massey
Keep for 1st team: Chis, Garrity, Ripley,
Keep for backup: Uche, Smith, Yak, Clarke, Sang (as a CM),
Try and get rid of: Loft, Jones, Lowe, Debrah, Grant
Play 4-3-3 and utilise wingers.
Ripley
New RB - New CB - New CB - New LB
Garrity - Ojo - Chislett
New Winger - New Striker - New winger
7 new signings. All first teamers.
That should be enough to stay up if we recruit properly, even if we can't move any on.
Why have you said release Wynne when you haven’t seen him play.

I actually thought last night was a lot better, apart from the first 3 minutes we were the better team.
the second goal was miles offside. -

I’d be tempted to give Lutweiler a shot for this one

I have said all along that there were 2 of the best managers available in Duff and Moore and we went out and got one of them,Moore imo is a very good experienced manager who wont jump ship if we go down,he is now getting a tune out of players who aren't is and who were in shocking form... we are giving it a go now BUT if we do go down I am more than confident that DM can and will build a team that could come straight back up
Onwards and Upwards me owd fruits
Agree, I’ve always liked Moore way before there was a chance of him coming to Vale.

It could be like the old days when most of the team are local home grown players, we’ve already got Plant, Dipeppa, Walters, Shorrock that’s nearly half a team.

Another clean sheet please, anything else is a bonus.
