It depends, some of these young premiership players are on much more than most league 1 players are on. It would depend how much of their salary you have to contribute. The other side of the coin is that you pay a fee for someone such as Loft on 3K ( reputably } per week and you are stuck with him for two years,

If course that's the idea. They use us to get him experience in the football league. We get the benefit of a talented young player for a while..Not unexpected and certainly not unique.

We placed him with a National league side and he didn't play and hardly made the subs bench. He is now in a league below and still not playing, so how is he going to get into a L2 team. Something has stalled in his development, whether its form or attitude i don't know. When many more youngsters in the squad are now ahead of him then his future here looks bleak.
