The pair are part of a squad which will meet at national football centre in Burton-on-Trent on Monday 4 September until Saturday 9 September the England National Football Team website reports.
Arblaster, on loan from Sheffield United has been highly impressive so far after joining in the summer. More recent addition Devine has also featured in Vale’s last two first-team games.

The England U20 squad kick-off their games in the Euro U20 Elite League next month with a trip to play Romania in Bucharest on 12 October before they will take on Portugal at home, with the venue and date for that game still to be confirmed.
