Crawley Town and Exeter City have both announced new signings – of players which have been previously linked with Port Vale.
Exeter have confirmed the signing of former Gateshead striker Ryan Bowman – who was also linked with Port Vale.
Bowman is expected to replace forward Jayden Stockley who is set to leave City in the January transfer window.
Meanwhile, Crawley Town have announced the signing of striker Ricky German from non-league Hendon. German had also been linked with a possible move to Port Vale.
It’s been a tough time for Vale in recent days with another target – Mark Sykes – opting for Oxford United rather than Burslem.
