Totally agree but i think going out of the Trophy and FA Cup haven't helped

I also noticed that Harratt and Hudlin are no longer getting on the bench under Moore at Huddersfield, i still think that Harratt could do something at League One level given a run of games(not sure he would get that under AC though),also one who if on a permanent deal could make some money for the club

Doesn't the compo go up though based on a number of factors, time with the club, number of first team games etc? I'm pretty sure that's how it works I remember reading it when we flogged James Storer to Wolves and Ndala to City. Could be very true mate and could also be why we are throwing him in for league games now as well

I think if we lose one youth player for peanuts and 2 sign up like Dipepa and Lomax then we will take that,I have liked Bhua as well when i have seen him,very very raw but will attack players and also has a bit of pace

Yes i think we might have a sell on fee for Ndala at Man City so sometimes its worthwhile when the young kids leave for big clubs,it will be interesting to see if they sell him for 40m at some point then we will find out

I think you would just end up getting a compensation fee so not really enough to buy a striker sadly

Nice to see Dipepa get League minutes another one for the future maybe and one who could become a fan favourite(with a song to go with it). It is a bonus for the club that these young players are coming through,I also like the look of Lomax when he has played.

I think last night showed why we have to tie Walters down to a 3yr+ deal now,him and Plant could be future money makers for us. It also showed how important it is to stay in League One because both of those players will be worth a lot more top end of league one/championship than back in League Two,so if this is the model we are aiming for then we need to aim high and get the younger players signed up before others sniff around

I think the likes of Conlon,Cass,Wilson and maybe a couple more will be shipped out in January,we just need to have everything crossed that we have now learned our lesson(like we did with the keeper situation) and try to spend a bit extra on getting that striker in we need(one who can score i mean). I also guess that Thomas and Arblaster will return to their parent clubs,I feel sorry for Thomas the one striker who has 3 in 6(and a couple of sub appearances) for us but still cant get a run of games

I think the issue with non contract players now will be their fitness I do think the same with keepers that if you suffer so many injuries at our level then a team should be allowed emergency loans

I think the future looks bright for us regarding players who could be worth money to us in the future(the model the club wants to use) we have Plant who i strongly believe will become a big money sale(i would love to see him shine in his natural position),they have high hopes for Debrah who is getting better the more he plays,the American lad they hope will be a surprise along with our own Walters and Shorrock,even Garrity if he continues to play like he is. The one that seems to have failed SO FAR to take any chance is McDermott imo but there is still time for him

As we are approaching November i think it would be pointless to carry on the Summer Transfer thread,so have started one for any discussion regarding January signings or players leaving along with any rumours out there as well. It's also somewhere to discuss the Big midfielder who is supposedly due to sign when he signs. To start I agree with what MBE said about Conlon,he will go in January,he wasn't happy one bit when DC was sacked so I would guess they will be in for him,I can also see us not renewing the Wilson deal and also Thomas going back(lack of match action unless a miracle happens and we go 2 up top),so it looks like we will need 2 strikers and a LWB to start in January
