Your contradicting yourself there the last DOF ,thought it was a good idea to load the sqaud with midfielders and defenders and no strikers were signed up hence we've ended up in deep shyte and your saying ger another DOF in , nah invest that money into the first team squad , sorted

Yep , I agree with that even pep gaurdiola would struggle with our squad ,DM got thrown under the bus by Fraudcroft and his shyte recruitment but like you said I reckon DM will stay he's got unfinished business at The vale and he can turn it round with his own players , he's got to be backed to the hilt by the current owner though to put things right

I reckon he's got bags more bottle than the majority of our players

To be honest I can't see him leaving He's got unfinished business I know he's not done himself any favours with certain decisions but for me the players, Fraudcroft and the owner are the main cause of this fubar situation Mostly the players 95% of them are gutless

We don't need a DOF , jeez We need some good scouts to Spot the Langstaffs of this world There is talent lower down but you've got to have a good scouting network to spot them Did Micky Adams need a DiOF ? No Was he successful,? Yes because he had a good scouting network and got the absolute best out of the players he has because his man management was top drawer

We already have enough people working at the club , all these employees are not required look at cutting your cloth accordingly because money is being wasted # get a grip , does the club actually have a strategy at the moment anyway?

Said that in December time I hope the players enjoy the facilities Because the fans ain't enjoying watching a bunch of bottle job players showing no fight or effort unless Carol reduces season ticket prices gets rid of the dead wood players and brings in better players otherwise the fanbase will pick and choose there games , the balls in carols court now hopefully she makes the right decisions
