    Hi folks,
I completely hold my hand up here in joining in but - can we please return this to rumours and not have the political posts seeping in.
I will be removing the old ones from here (including mine - I was as guilty as anyone of taking the thread off topic).
A reminder - transfer news, rumours and speculation only please!

There will be 2 signings by Friday.

    lets see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😉

At the start of last season I paid attention to how MK Dons were doing and particularly Ellis Harrison. On he came as a sub and proceeded to miss an open goal from a yard out when unchallenged. They all do it. Salah should have :drink:double the goals he's got for Liverpool. The striker we borrowed from Oxford, Matt Taylor, who got 4 in 14 (many as a sub), but I sat through some games in his time and wondered if he realised the goal is the white thing with the net. So I'm not up for references to the appalling miss Uche or indeed Loft made in any single game. The question is despite fluffing lines, will they overall net enough - Garrity misses a few but will, Dipepe missed a sitter before scoring recently, so yes, Chislett yes if he starts dribbles around the box and not from left back, and Uche yes because he's big and strong if he concentrates on the opposition box and centre of the goal.

and then miss a header, one foot out of an open goal!😆

I doubt really that there will be much movement before June but it would be nice to get an early one in to show we mean a bit of business this summer.

Can anyone remember when we actually made our first signing last summer?

    xmas!!!!!!!!!😃

It's management speak.  It's an adaptation of Maslow's Theory of Hierarchy of Needs, 5 human needs to progress up the pyramid.

Level/size of salary is on the 2nd or 3rd level from the bottom, in my experience it's often used by HR departments to try and convince employees that increasing salary isn't a motivation to perform better and/or move up the ladder.

However, HR departments conveniently forget that being paid poorly is a huge de-motivation factor.

There's probably lots of different adaptations for different scenarios floating about.

    sign him up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1:drink:
