Hope the attendance for a league game is the worst ever !!!!

Words are cheap !!!!! And DM is a loser, 10 games next season and he will be gone. Ps not to pontificate but what worries me is that even I knew as far back as pre season, this 💩 show would be relegated. This club will slide straight into the national league under carols tenure, she just hasn’t got a clue what the fook she’s doing !!!!!!!

Well, I did say national league or L2.
I don't know what the financial risk is as I'm not privy to Wilson's contract details. I'd assumed that as he was released and had not got fixed up, we negotiated a more realistic deal, along the lines of a low basic wage along with a higher play/ goals bonus? Could be wrong because, as I said , I have no information whatsoever as to his contract details.
Some sublime moments off him, but I think this ship has sailed now personally
Indeed, but it’s time to part company me thinks and all the best to him.

Surely he will get fixed up at national league level, if not L2?
What lower league club would take that financial risk !!!!!!

Gifted player who unfortunately is injury prone. Get a proper job with some Part time/semi professional football congleton Newcastle town, kidsgrove athletic etc

on another front following recent events I don’t think that Carol has the insight, experience or money to run a football club and so needs to reevaluate her position, extra investment is needed, I’ve heard again and again about mr Williams putting money into the club. Being worth approximately £250,000,000 if he’d been that concerned about keeping the vale in league one he would have paid a short term contract for 2-3 out of contract strikers to keep us up. Cuz I would have mr Williams !!!!!!- 1

Ps that’s taking into account some of them can read !!!!! 🤔

Wish the club would put up some of the fans comments in the dressing room pre match, cuz if that couldn’t motivate them then nothing will !!!!!

The DoF position still needs to exist. It just needs someone to do a better job at it.
The club's long term strategy on a number of different levels shouldn't get chucked in the bin because the guy in charge of it goes on a poor run of results as first team manager.
The days are gone of managers like Rudge working 80 hour weeks and spending the club's money like it was his own. Strategic recruitment and scouting is more data based and needs to entrusted to a group of people rather than just the whims of one person.
Bring back the good old days - Manager and assistant manager all you need, worked for shanks, Clough, Ferguson etc nuff said !!!!!

Thanks to David Flitcroft for his part in steering us to promotion and building the structure of the club from where it was. Beyond that we don’t as yet know if he walked or was pushed. If he walked fair play to the guy for taking that decision, if not, Carol deserves our thanks for making what would’ve been a tough choice.
I’d certainly stick with the DoF model but the manager should always pick which players are to be recruited, the DoF can look after everything else outside of the first team.

In my mind, this is one of the worse teams that I have seen in 40 years. I don't think that individually the players are worse than some I have seen, but there is zero unity. They look bereft of team spirit (something we had in abundance under Clarke and Adams) and we need to almost build them up again from the ground
Well said 👍🏽

As a 42 year old I’d say We’ve had some pretty bad teams in league one and league two and somehow managed to stay up but for in terms of quality lacking all over the pitch and this situation was completely avoidable then I think this is probably the worst for me. We lack fight, strength, pace and most importantly ability.
Agree even with a number of games to go there is no fight or passion the team has simply downed tools and is just awaiting the inevitable relegation into league 2 and then the national league if they’re not careful!!!
