Former Port Vale winger Enoch Andoh is training with Oldham Athletic, manager John Sheridan has revealed.
Andoh was regarded as one of Vale’s brightest prospects and was linked with a big money move to Spurs before he suffered a serious knee injury in October 2015.
The Ghana U21 International has continued to train with the Valiants despite a bitter war of words between Andoh’s agent and Vale owner Norman Smurthwaite over the terms of a new contract.
Oldham boss John Sheridan told the Oldham Chronicle: “Enoch I have liked from when he was at Port Vale before he had a really bad knee injury.
“He is going to come in and train with us.”
