Port Vale to play Bristol Rovers in the FA Cup second round

Port Vale have been drawn at home against Bristol Rovers in the second round of the 2024-25 FA Cup competition.

The game will see former Port Vale manager Darrell Clarke return to Burslem. The 47 year-old was in charge for two years, memorably helping the club to an emotional promotion at the end of his first campaign.

The Valiants reached the second round after dispatching Maldon & Tiptree 5-1 in the first round of the competition.

Matches in the second round will take place around the weekend of 6-7th December.
