Port Vale add experienced central defender as their fifth signing of the summer

Port Vale have announced that Cameron Humphreys has joined as their fourth summer addition.

Humphreys joins Jordan Shipley, Liam Gordon, Rico Richards and Jordan Gabriel in signing for the Valiants this summer.

The 26-year-old has made more than 50 Sky Bet Championship appearances. Standing six foot two inches tall, he was over one hundred career appearances.

Port Vale manager, Darren Moore, told the official Port Vale website: “We’re really pleased to have Cameron joining us. He’s a commanding centre-half who is confident in possession and another player who has plenty of experience behind him at a high level. He will be a fantastic addition to the group and myself and the staff are looking forward to working with him.”
