Port Vale youngster makes it three goals in two games in an England shirt
Port Vale striker Baylee Dipepa followed up his brace on Wednesday with another goal for the England U17 side.
Dipepa made his debut as a sub against Northern Ireland on Wednesday and scored twice in a 5-1 win. The Valiants forward was handed his first start on Saturday and took just nine minutes to find the target as England’s youngster hit five goals again – this time in a 5-0 win over Hungary U17.
The striker’s goal was described on the englandfootball.com website as:
This early dominance by the home side was rewarded with an early lead being taken. With excellent footwork being shown inside the box, Port Vale forward Dipepa finished his first chance of the game with an intelligent finish just outside the six-yard-box.
The 17 year-old from Blythe Bridge has been at the club since nine years of age and has made impressive progress this season. Dipepa scored his first senior goal, becoming the club’s second-youngest ever scorer, on the 10th March while a run of appearances in the first-team saw him awarded his first senior contract with the Valiants. He is one of just four Football League players in the 21 man squad.

Only a matter of time before he gets snapped up by a bigger club, especially if we go down!
