Port Vale manager Andy Crosby says the benefit of his squad’s training camp in Spain is that it’s the “only opportunity” for the squad to spend 24 hours a day with each other and to learn about each other.

Port Vale have a number of new faces in their squad and the session allows them to integrate within the squad.
Crosby explained: “It’s the only opportunity during the season where you can spend twenty four hours a day with each other.”
He said that the coaches have “lots of things planned throughout the week. Some are light hearted, some are more serious. We want to challenge each other, we want to learn about each other. We want to become a tighter group, we’ve got each other’s back. So when things are tough when things are challenging you know the guy next to you is giving you absolutely everything.”
If Willo can stay fit and resigns that could be a bonus.
