Port Vale loanee released by parent club
Port Vale’s on-loan goalkeeper Tomas Holy has been released by League One side Ipswich Town.
Holy is one of four players released by the club alongside striker James Norwood, Tom Carroll and Myles Kenlock.
The giant Czech keeper who, at six foot nine inches tall, is the tallest known player to be fielded by the club, has made nine appearances for the Valiants. He was brought into the club on 27th January and was briefly first choice before losing his place to Aidan Stone.
The 30 year-old has made over 250 senior appearances during a twelve year professional career.
The Valiants currently have three goalkeepers in their senior squad in Lucas Covolan, Stone and Holy.
