Home stands sell out as owner confirms plan to thank fans at end of game
All of Port Vale’s home stands are sold-out for the crucial match against Newport County, the club’s final home League game of the season.
Under Vale Park’s new revised capacity of 15,036 there are 10,500 seats for home supporters with all remaining tickets being sold over the weekend. However, as Newport are not expected to sell out the away end, the match will not be a total sell-out.
Meanwhile, co-owner Carol Shanahan has confirmed plans for the players and staff to make a lap of thanks at the end of the game and she has urged fans to remain in their seats to watch.
