2018 has been a disappointing year so far for Neil Aspin’s Port Vale team who remain without a win.
The goalless draw against Morecambe did little to lighten the mood so will an upturn in Vale’s away form help their cause?
They travel to the West Country this weekend in search of an elusive three points.

Anton Forrester (right) has forced his way into contention with a rapidfire hat-trick for the reserves.
However, the forward has been challenged to be more consistent by manage Neil Aspin so he may have to settle for a place on the bench.

We won’t go up too many places, but getting points quickly now can stop you having to try and get points later on…”
The vastly experienced 62 year-old is closing on 1,000 games as a manager (he’s currently on 990) and has been in charge at Cheltenham since 2015.
