Grimsbly Town been fined £15,000 for failing to control supporters after violence erupted at a League Two game.
More than hundred supporters clashed at the Grimsby Town v Port Vale game on 10 March 2018.
An FA hearing found Grimsby Town had failed to act on police intelligence about possible violence and had an “insufficient number of stewards” at the match.
The club has refused to comment on the report’s findings.
