We look back at a famous Vale victory at Craven Cottage by leafing through the match programme.

The match itself finished 6-0 to the Valiants with striker Andy Jones netting a hat-trick. Played on boatrace day, eagle-eyed Vale fans not at the game could snatch glances of it through the BBC’s coverage of the action on the Thames.
