Port Vale to host Fleetwood Town in first round of League Cup

Port Vale have been drawn at home to League One rivals Fleetwood in the first round of the Carabao Cup.

The Valiants lost 2-1 at home to Rotherham United in the competition last season. Fleetwood were knocked out by Everton in round two last time around.

The game will take place on the week commencing 7 August.
