Nathan Broome player profile

The 23 year-old goalkeeper joined the Valiants on loan in January 2025 as cover for first-choice Ben Amos.

Broome had begun his career at Stoke City but had impressed at AFC Wimbledon before joining Championship side Swansea City.

“Nathan is a goalkeeper with huge potential who already has experience in and around this level,” said Vale manager Darren Moore. “He will come in and immediately provide important competition for the goalkeeper position.”

A regular on the bench, Broome’s loan expired without him making a League appearance, although he did make a solitary start in the Football League Trophy.
