According to the tweet:
Crewe, Accrington and Port Vale are chasing non-league goalscoring sensation Elliott Nevitt. Nevitt scored a hat-trick at Wembley last month to help Warrington Rylands win the FA Vase and bring him onto the radar of several Football League clubs. #crewealex #asfc #pvfc

As the tweet says, striker Nevitt scored a memorable hat-trick at Wembley Stadium in the FA Vase final. The last player to score a hat-trick on the hallowed turf before Nevitt was England captain Harry Kane, who netted three times in a 7-0 victory for the Three Lions over Montenegro back in November 2019.
All of that came just six days after Nevitt helped Liverpool side Campfield to the FA Sunday Cup title, scoring the winner as they beat Peterlee Catholic Club 1-0 at St George’s Park.
The Valiants have been early movers in the transfer market this season with four signings added already. So far, Darrell Clarke has added proven Football League players but he could be tempted to add a non-league “chancer” to his ranks especially if the manager thinks he can develop the player further.
