Frank Sinclair departs as Port Vale make backroom changes
Frank Sinclair has joined fellow interim manager Danny Pugh in departing Vale Park, the Sentinel newspaper reports.
Pugh, who was placed in interim charge following the exit of John Askey left the club two weeks ago. Sinclair, who took charge of the first-team for two games when Pugh was himself sidelined by Coronavirus, has now also left the club.
Sinclair joined the Valiants in August as the head of coaching development under former manager John Askey.
The move is not altogether unexpected as Director of Football David Flitcroft and manager Darrell Clarke built their own backroom team.
Arriving in place of Sinclair and Pugh are fitness coach Daryl Taylor, recruitment analyst Tommy Johnson, head of coaching Nathan Rooney and assistant manager Andy Crosby.
