After beating Newport in midweek, the Valiants secured their second successive win after striker Devante Rodney’s first-half goal proved the winner on Saturday afternoon. I only watched highlights, but definitely the old Port Vale from last season are back.Some good stuff being played at the moment.Just goes to show that the players are good enough when they turn up.
To be fair to Robinson he is putting a shift in and some of his hold up play was good ,but strikers judged on goals and unfortunately lacks in that department, think he probably just needs a goal to spark his confidence but he’s having enough chances to have got that by now ,but we are starting to look like we will have enough to stay up ,credit to Clarke and staff for getting a bit more out of the players ,keep going vale ,let’s get the points on the board and then look forward to next season
