Port Vale 1-1 Salford City – fans’ reactions
A draw is the right result. They’re a good side with a lot of good players for this level and I have no doubt they’ll end up in and around the play-offs come the end of the season….

Fair result in the end. Them bringing two five grand a week Championship players on changed the game…
Iron Curtain
Fair result, we were the better team but on the balance of play you can’t really argue with a draw. The goal for them was definitely a foul on the keeper I’m shocked it wasn’t given…

Thought we were unlucky not to get three points today. Apart from Salford’s goal, they didn’t test our goal much. I thought the first 60 minutes we were much the better side. We kept the ball well and our play down either side was excellent. Amoo once again had a good game. All of the midfield played well, especially Burgess, who for me was very tidy. Mitch Clark deservedly got the MOTM, he was fantastic.Special to mention to Shaun Brisley, was very solid yet again…

A decent performance without really hitting 5th gear. I thought we had the better of first half but struggled to create a clear cut chance and they had the better of the second half when we stopped winning second balls and Burgess and Conlon faded after 60 mins. Legge was excellent as was the returning Clark. A decent 4 points from 2 home games.
