Port Vale “confident” that match against Colchester United will go ahead
Port Vale chief executive Colin Garlick has told the Sentinel newspaper that the club are confident that Saturday afternoon’s game against Colchester United will go ahead.
There have been multiple weather warnings over the weekend due to the stormy conditions but the Valiants seem to be reassured that the weather will not force a postponement.
Garlick told the newspaper: “It is going to be wet and windy and probably not the most attractive day to play football but we are hopeful and confident the game will be on.”
