FA Cup first round draw: Port Vale face trip to Milton Keynes
Port Vale have been drawn away against Milton Keynes in the first round of the 2019-20 FA Cup competition.
The two sides last met in the FA Cup in 2014 when the Valiants suffered a 3-4 home loss.
Vale’s overall record against Milton Keynes is dead level with the clubs recording four wins apiece and also having five draws. However, Vale’s last win over their opponents was back in 2016.
The draw was conducted by Karen Carney and Jermaine Beckford and took place at Maldon & Tiptree’s stadium.
The first round is scheduled for the weekend of Saturday 9 November with winning clubs collecting £36,000 from The FA prize fund.
