International winger is close to Port Vale return
Antigua and Barbuda International Rhys Browne has returned to full training, Port Vale manager John Askey has confirmed.
The 23 year-old was a summer signing but has yet to appear for the first-team in a competitive game due to injuries.
Browne, who has ten caps for his country, has previously played for Askey at Macclesfield Town and the manager thinks Browne can provide cover across the forward line.
He commented: “He is another one who can go past players. he can play on either wing and he can also play up front. He can be an exciting player and he can get goals so it gives us more options.”
