More former Port Vale players on the move
News of a confirmed move and an expected move for two more former Valiants.
Grimmer joins Wycombe
Former Port Vale loanee Jack Grimmer has sealed a move to League One side Wycombe Wanderers.
25 year-old Grimmer was released by Coventry City at the end of the season. He joined Vale on loan from Fulham in 2014 and made 19 appearances.
Alnwick expected to join Blackpool
Former Port Vale goalkeeper Jak Alnwick is expected to seal a season-long loan move to League One side Blackpool.
Alnwick was a rare recent success at Vale. He joined in 2015 after an injury to Chris Neal and soon claimed the number one spot. After 79 appearances he was sold to Glasgow Rangers for a fee of around £300,00 in January 2017. He spent a successful loan spell at Scunthorpe United last season.
