Eleven days into new era, Port Vale sell 1,000 season tickets
Port Vale FC have reported “season tickets flying out” as fans react positively to the new regime of Carol and Kevin Shanahan.
The total number of season tickets sold has reached 1,000 just eleven days after the duo took over the club.
A club statement said:
Valiants, we’re just under two weeks into ‘The New Era’ here at Port Vale Football Club and already we’ve sold 1000 season tickets!
Ticket office manager, Janet Ellis and her team have been kept extremely busy over the past few days and we’re hoping you continue to keep them busy!
Incredibly, it was only 11 days ago that the club announced that Vale fans, Carol and Kevin Shanahan, had completed the takeover of the club. Since then, supporters have arrived in their numbers at Vale Park to either renew their season ticket or buy one after years of going without.
With a wave of enthusiasm and positivity behind the club, the momentum is gathering at a rapid pace as we prepare ourselves for the 2019/2020 campaign, a season we want YOU to be a part of.
We have a fantastic Early Bird offer on where under 12s can get a FREE season ticket when an adult purchases their 19/20 season ticket. Adults could be saving money every week and watch every Vale league match at Vale Park from as little as £12.80 per game, whilst bringing their under 12 along for absolutely nothing!
