Port Vale striker has contract terminated
It has been confirmed by Port Vale that striker Tyrone Barnett has agreed a permanent deal with Cheltenham Town.
Cheltenham Town manager Michael Duff told the local media in a press conference that: “His contract has been extended, so he’ll be here until the end of the season.”
It has now been confirmed that the move is a permanent one with Vale issuing a statement:
A mutual agreement has been reached to terminate the contract of Tyrone Barnett and as a result, the striker has joined Cheltenham Town on a permanent deal.
Tyrone made 28 appearances for the Vale after joining in the summer of 2017, scoring twice during his time at the club.
We’d like to wish Tyrone the best of luck for the future.
