Port Vale linked with loan move for Peterborough youngster
The Peterborough Telegraph says Port Vale have been linked with a loan move for a young Posh forward.
The newspaper claims that:
Teenage striker Idris Kanu has been linked with a loan move to League Two side Port Vale, but fellow Posh forward Ricky Miller’s proposed transfer to the same club appears to have fallen through.
Kanu was Aldershot Town’s youngest-ever player and youngest-ever goalscorer before he was snapped up in August 2017 for an undisclosed fee.
At the time of his signing, Peterborough manager Grant McCann said: “He is a big talent. I watched him last year at Aldershot and the kid has unbelievable ability.
“Idris can play in any of the front three positions, he is a player that likes to get at players with the ball, he is quick, strong and can play with both feet. He is something different, he is good technically and plays off the cuff a little bit.”
