Former Valiant Colin Daniel wins promotion

Former Port Vale winger Colin Daniel celebrated promotion on Sunday after Blackpool beat Exeter City 2-1 in the play-off final.

Daniel left Vale in the summer of 2016 and has been a regular in the Blackpool line-up this season making 41 appearances this season.

Daniel played the whole of the ninety minutes of Sunday’s Wembley showpiece.
