Page slams embarrassing performance
Rob Page said his side conceded “four of the worst goals I have ever seen” in the 4-2 defeat to Chesterfield on Saturday.
Page told the media: “They are four of the worst goals I have ever seen conceded. They haven’t had to work too hard to score those goals. It is errors. The ball goes into the box and Richard Duffy doesn’t get a clearance on it.

“Then the second one, Anthony Grant slices the clearance. It was two clearances that we can’t get right and that results in goals.
“Also Ben Purkiss marking from set pieces – he doesn’t and the lad hits it in the back of the net.
“The four goals were comical. An absolute comedy of errors for the four goals and we can’t accept that.
“I am pleased for JJ to get a goal but it is about winning games of football and there is not one person that should accept that today. Not one person should walk away with their head held high.”
