Rob Page previews busy Easter period
Port Vale manager Rob Page has been talking to the official Port Vale website ahead of the Easter programme.
Page paid tribute to Shrews boss Micky Mellon commenting: “Credit to the manager again, I think his recruitment has been excellent, I think he’s brought in some excellent players,” he said.
“Characters as well, good characters, hard workers, quality in Sullay Kaikai who got two against Bury and I think he’s got four in five or something like that.
“We’ll respect that but on our day we’ve proven in the past against some of the better teams that we’ve got both sides of it as well and when we do that we can get the win.”
