Smurthwaite: two players could join Vale
Vale owner Norman Smurthwaite has told OVF viewers that the club could potentially add two new players to its squad.
The Valiants have lost Ryan Inniss through injury and Chris Lines has decided to go on loan to Bristol Rovers, so Vale are in the market for new additions.
Smurthwaite posted on this site confirming that there will be a replacement for Lines plus potentially another new signing as well. When asked about new faces Smurthwaite posted: “Lines yes plus one other dependent on Sat crowd.”
The Valiants play Swindon on Saturday on a game that will have a huge influence on their changes of breaking into the play-offs.
