Vale duo are Boxing Day doubts
The Valiants could be without two midfielders for the Boxing Day visit of Sheffield United to Vale Park.
Wideman Colin Daniel missed the Crawley game through illness and is still doubtful for the Sheffield game.
Meanwhile, midfielder Michael O’Connor, who has been in impressive form, is a doubt after picking up a knock in the Crawley game. If O’Connor doesn’t make it, available-again midfielder Chris Lines is expected to be named as his replacement.
