Vale sign Coventry winger
Port Vale have announced the signing of Coventry winger Mark Marshall on a one-year deal.
He joins Ryan McGivern and Colin Daniel in joining the club this summer. Marshall will replace the departed Jennison Myrie-Williams who has left to join Scunthorpe.
Marshall was born in Manchester, Jamaica and started his career in England in non-league circles. He moved to Swindon Town in 2008 and also enjoyed a spell with Barnet.
In 2012, Marshall was banned from playing for two years after testing positive for use of a banned stimulant. He returned to playing in 2014 when he joined Coventry.
