Port Vale sign Byron Moore
Port Vale have completed their fourth signing of the summer with the signature of former Crewe winger Byron Moore.
Moore has agreed a two-year deal with the Valiants and manager Micky Adams told the official Port Vale website: “I’m excited to announce the signing of Byron, I’ve been admiring him from a distance at Crewe for many years and can’t wait for him to play under me.
“He is a tricky winger with bags of pace and will be a great addition to the squad.

“He had a number of clubs after him, so it’s brilliant that we managed to capture him.”
The 25 year-old was born in Stoke-on-Trent and joined Crewe as a youngster, progressing through the junior ranks to the first-team. Last season, he played 43 times and scored 4 goals. He played in both of last season’s games against the Valiants.
He has over 250 Football League appearances under his belt and alongside new signings Colin Daniel and Mark Marshall, Moore will provide Vale with plenty of wide options.
