Double award honour for Johnson

Double award honour for Johnson

Rookie goalkeeper Sam Johnson has picked up two of the last four OVF man of the match awards for his performances against Rotherham and Sheff Utd.

The awards are Johnson’s first MOTM awards since his starring role in last season’s JPT win over Walsall. Other players to receive MOTM awards include Tom Pope (Notts County) and Carl Dickinson (Milton Keynes).

There’s no change at the top of the overall leaderboard – but with Doug Loft and Chris Neal both out of action, Chris Lines could win the player of the season vote with a good performance against Peterborough.
