Dell is second youngster to be loaned out
Youngster Dominic Dell has joined Joe Davis in securing a temporary move on the Football League loan deadline day.
Davis has joined Luton Town until January while Dell will join fellow Development Squad player Ryan Boot on loan at Worcester City.
Dell and Boot will line-up alongside former Vale striker Danny Glover (son of Vale youth coach Dean Glover) who plays upfront for the Skrill Conference North side.
Boot will be on loan at Worcester until December 14th while Dell’s spell lasts until 29th September.
Former Wolves forward Dell joined Vale’s Development Squad in the summer and follows in the footsteps of teammates Jordan Hugill, Wilson Carvalho and Ryan Lloyd in being loaned out to gain experience.
Meanwhile, the Valiants have confirmed that they are not looking to add any loan signings to their senior squad. Dan Jones has returned to full training so captain Doug Loft is the club’s only injured player and the club believe that they have enough strength in depth to cover Loft’s absence.
